vodafone 3g

i have vodafone wireless for my laptop, at the momment its ripping through the downloads, i have it on with not even explorer open and come back and its used 200mg in 5 mins...any ideas?

Immediately unplug the thing and contact Vodafone

i do that and it still keeps downloading the 326mb file until its fully downloaded, giving me the shits!

Yeah the settings would probably only work for future downloads/installs if that one's started.
Another issue might be anti virus updates too.
3g sticks definately aren't built for these sort of things, they'd assume you'd do that at home and use the stick when out and about.
