yesterday i ran a full virus scan with my panda antivirus however now i cant access ie, is there any quick fix?
ps. i dont like firefox

Or Opera, or I think there is a Safari for Windows - anything but IE!
Firefox is currently being a RAM hog, not releasing RAM after secondary windows are closed, and needs the "AFOM Addon" installed.
I'd recommend Avira Antivirus, or if you can handle its rather technical slant in asking you to make choices Comodo Internet Security over Panda. [Both free.]
I think Kaspersky Antivirus may still be the best non-free option.

I use Mozilla Firefox which is pretty good.
