mp4 converter

does anyone on here use mp4 converters or something similar to convert other video files to put them onto iphone etc?
if so what do you use and how easy is it to use?
looking for a program to convert a crapload of movies and tv shows to put them on my iphone. no they arent all gay midget p0rn

I use a program called Agogo, its great, conversts anything to anything and converts stuff to my psp or iphone at the touch of the button, can change dimensions, etc too if I want.
