Download problems

Postby mick » Sat Mar 27, 2010 12:10 pm

I've been having download problems, I've found when trying to download files the download proceeds to about 99.x % complete then goes no further. I'm running XP and IE8. It's not a problem with anti virus because if I turn it off the problem remains, nor is it a ISP or network problem because there is no problem downloading on my other computer. Can anyone help?

You could try Firefox or Opera to check whether it is an issue with IE, or even that particular installation of IE?

Changed to Firefox a week ago.

Impressed.

Everyone should try it.

My son loaded it for me as I am an IT dummy.

I think there's a nasal spray you can get ;)
