If you receive anything that looks like it's about Master Chef or Master Chef Book or Master Chef Cook Book then DO NOT OPEN it out of curiosity - restrain yourself, Just carefully highlight it in your Inbox (without any clicking or it will open) then SHIFT + DELETE or just DELETE then immediately repeat the dose to permanently delete it from your Deleted Items to completely remove it from your machine. A friend of our senior tech sales bloke Glen Williams fell for this one and it trashed her PC.
