Very small Word problem.

On Word, why when I do a coloured background (Format-Background) does it not print (or do a print preview) with the coloured background?

If it doesn't work that way for some particular reason, create a text box drag it the size of the page, right click, send it to back and then colour it. Should print now

That only gave me a highlighting effect, i have tried to do this as well but never been able to manage it, it does work if you do it in Publisher
