Anyone know where is a good place to get rid of an old computer

I am a very old computer....

YES!!!!!

A mate of ours recycles them for charities to use. I'll PM you with his details as I don't have them with me.

Dunno if he pays for them, and dunno the criteria of what he classes as 'old' but the least I can do is get you in touch with him.

PM me to please Gadj, I have a brand new monitor ( old style ) which has never been used as I replaced it with a LCD as soon as I got the new Desktop...would be happy to pass it on for nothing to a charity

Just about to do that now. I'm not sure about monitors, but he definitely takes the boxes, refurbishes them (?) and on-sells them.

Wouldn't mind a PM as well thanks. Got an old PC sitting here at home that has no use to me or the family anymore.

If it can get passed on for a good cause, i'll be glad to get rid of it

If anyone has got an old computer that they are no longer in need of, I am after 5 computers for the Burnside RSL, we need them for some 'puter lessons for some of the older veterans.
