Kids/Wife hogging the PC?

Postby Dutchy » Sun Aug 24, 2008 10:23 pm

just found out today that I could connect my Mobile to the Wireless ADSL broadband modem in our house and browse the internet for free, nice alternative when you need some info and dont want to fire up the PC or worse someone else is on it!

Most on here might already be aware of this but thought it was worth sharing for others like me who arent totally IT literate!

Also if you work in town, around the city Internode has a number of hotspots where you can access the net with your wifi on your phone and of course with your laptop. I know I use it a bit, great for getting on here during lunch time!

My building (former ING) has shocking WiFi access externally.
