True Wedgie, but as an employer, I do think there is a moral issue about employees browsing anything but work during paid working hours - as distinct from during breaks perhaps but even then if they are using significant company broadband capacity for personal purposes that is suspect too.
I would regard any employee of my company doing these things without asking permission for good reason first as an unreliable and unconscientious one, and assess their future accordingly. It is
petty theft, but it is theft, as is taking home pens pencils etc., and it bespokes a fundamental dishonesty.
I never did things like that when I was an employee.
