Finished my first season losing the World Series 0-4. Got very little time just pinch hit, bit rough I thought considering I won rookie of the month and hit .300 and 10 HR. Even smashed a HR in the playoffs. On a 1 year deal at 750k. Got my agent leaning on the club to get me a trade. Club are not keen for it

I bought the BF1 premium pack. Couple good maps, the frontline game is intense. I was in a match for over two hours last night, and we only needed to get one more flag but continued to get pushed back. I was bloody exhausted and went to bed. So I will lose all my points, the game prior only took 10 minutes, so it obviously varies. The great thing I found was the real long game the map looked really damaged. Love the graphics . Going to get on tonight and try and finish it

What hitting difficulty do you have it on?

I've gone the Dynamic option this year, so it gets harder the better I get, and when I'm in a slump, it gets a bit easier. Right now it's at All-Star +. When I was in the majors it was on Hall of Fame.

Hitting just over .300 in AAA. I just had an 8 game hitting streak, with a few HRs last night. There's talk of me getting called back up, but I doubt it'll happen as the Cubs now have 3 active short stops on the MLB roster.

I had 3 strikeouts over the last two games, and the coach had a chat to me about swinging at everything. It was a bit rich considering my recent hit streak, and my .400 average over the last 10 games. All of my responses were the rudest ones available.

DIRT RALLY

I've pretty much neglected all other games since getting The Show. The only other game I've been playing is Dirt. I've been smashing the Rally X. Lots of fun.

Dirt 4 comes out later this year too. They're making it a bit like Grid, where you manage your own team, buy and sell cars, and create your own team livery's. Can't wait.

Finally got traded. Sent to Kansas! I am the highest ranked SS but still a bench player. Would have liked to be somewhere else.

I hate Kansas Citys stadium. Their big screen gives me the shits.

I played out the AAA season, and we collapsed at the end. We didnt make the playoffs and there was still a month of MLB regular season, so I was elevated again. Pinch hit for a few games, and was hitting well. Couple of homers. Decent average.

Then the Cubs played me at CF for a game. I hate fielding there, but I was glad to get my first full MLB game. It was against Washington and went for 16 innings. I hit 2 from 8 with a 2 runs and 1 HR and 2 RBIS. We still lost.

For the first month of 2018 i was back to pinch hitting for the Cubs, with the occasional full game at SS or 1B.

The coach talked to me about striking out again, so I back chatted. They got sick of my shit and traded me to the Padres because I was uncoachable.

The Padres are happy to have me and dont care what happened in Chicago. Got straight into the lineup at SS because their best was a 68 overall player.

Very happy.

Ok now after a small slump in my batting, I'm pinch hitting for the Padres.

I do get a full game at SS every 4 or 5 games when the other young SS gets a rest. Really hard to get into a rhythm when you only have one AB per game.

Also slows the progression of my player when I get 6 training points per game instead of 200+

I had my first minor injury after diving for a catch. It was only a couple of days, and it happened the day before the All-Star break, so I didn't miss anything.

After the break, I was put in all starting line-ups, and got into a better rhythm. I'm still under .200 but my last 10 games have been productive. I've had some multiple hit games, 2 more HR's and a player of the game.

Having said that, the Padres as a whole are the worst team in baseball. Our record is roughly 35-65 (from memory).

At 75 overall, I'm the 4th best rated player in the team.

I'm hoping to stay with them through a rebuild, and some good drafts, hopefully.

Update on MLB RTTS

Still the starting SS. Still hitting around .180 which is horrible. For some reason a lot of my hits are not getting good contact. Last night I did hit 3 HRs within a 3 series stretch, but there weren't heaps of hits in between. A couple of no hitters.

I have been getting the hang of base stealing though, which is getting me into scoring position a lot more.

About 2 months left of the 2019 season and we're roughly 38-75.

I am expecting to be allocated to AAA every time I return to the Clubhouse.

My thoughts exactly, I'll probably get it Friday, going to trade in Battlefield 1 to get it cheaper. If it's as good as AFL 2006 on PS2 which I played alot of then it's a winner in my book.

I suspect the afl game will be the same. A bit buggy and under par in some areas but as long as the gameplay is competitive I'll be happy

I find the worst thing about all of the AFL games is the camera. Because you're kicking it further downfield, you can't actually see where you're kicking.

A meter for accuracy on normal kicks in general play would be good too, instead of just power meters. Similar to MLB. You have to power it up, then move the curser to where you want to throw it and hit R2. The players accuracy rating effects how far you can miss the mark by before it misses your target.

Aussie rules would have to be one of the more complex games to play with so many different elements to it so when making an AFL computer game so it would be very hard to iron out all the little bugs it might throw up.

I played some Paladins last night on PS4.

Being on the right team really helps. I only played two matches. The first one we won 4-0 and my stats were pretty good. The second one, I had to run out and be a decoy because the rest of my team were getting annihilated. Ended up with shit stats and lost 0-4.
