ive got the tv set up in my room and ive got no roof antenna so i bought a extra strength one from dicky smiths... and its still not gettin all teh channels, i move the shit around to try n get it right but still not perfect....
any suggestions to get all channels working without buying a roof antenna?

You almost certainly need a roof antenna as internals are subject to interference from reflections from the roof and walls, etc.

A friend told me his son solved the same problem by getting a cheap roof antenna and mounting it on the external wall inside his bedroom - which just happened to be lined up in the right direction.
He decorates it like a Christmas tree in December as it is the right way up for that.
