Yeah, I said activate, I didn't say anything about the people that transferred over from the old site. (Didn't activate on the old site when it was first up, it just auto registered everyone)
Plus early on we were keen to build a community of as many people as possible, these days we can afford to miss out on a few people if it helps keep some we don't want out.
