Bulls win 128-127 in Triple OT.

Ray Allen amazing with 51 Points. Rondo with 8 Points, 9 Rebounds and 19 assists.

Salmons and Rose were huge for the bulls.

Back to Boston we go, Cant wait. If anyone missed this game, try and grab the replay on One HD tonight. Well worth it.

I got back into the NBA about 2 months before the playoffs started, I used to go for the Bulls back in the day so of course that was the only team I was going to support.

Could I have picked a more perfect time to get back on the bandwagon? An amazing series so far and today was almost the most incredible of the 6 games played so far, triple OT, amazing finish.. Rose the ROTY with a superb block at the death. He missed the FTs but that block pretty much sealed the game.

I can't wait until Game 7 and really hope we can knock them off in Boston again as I want this run to continue.

(4) Portland vs (5) Houston

Game 1: HOU 108 - POR 81
Game 2: POR 107 - HOU 103
Game 3: HOU 86 - POR 83
Game 4: HOU 89 - POR 88
Game 5: POR 88 - HOU 77
Game 6: HOU 92 - POR 77

Not going to be remembered for any high scoring exploits, as both team couldnt make 93 after Game 2, but for the return of the Rockets to the second round of the playoffs for the first time since 1997, after losing seven first round encounters.
Game six reminded us of how much Roy (22pts) and Aldridge (26pts) were doing for this team on the offensive end, with no other Blazer reaching double figures, as they lost in Houston for the 13th of the last 14 games.

(3) Orland vs (6) Philadelphia

Game 1: PHI 100 - ORL 98
Game 2: ORL 96 - PHI 96
Game 3: PHI 96 - ORL 94
Game 4: ORL 84 - PHI 81
Game 5: ORL 91 - PHI 78
Game 6: ORL 114 - PHI 89

The huge effort of the Magic to win in Philly Game 6, without Howard and Lee, will help them believe, so will 54% shooting and connecting with 12 of 26 three point attempts.
Howard will be back for which ever weary side makes it through..and look out he's ANGRY

keep up the good work Brod.

Well unfortunately the run has come to an end for my Blazers. Game 4 was the clincher in that series. Rockets too good, especially at home.

(2) Boston vs (7) Chicago
GAME 7

BOSTON 109
CHICAGO 99

Two massive things stand out, the Bulls were beaten soundly inside and in transition
- Points in the Paint (Boston 44, Chicago 18)
- Fast Break Points (Boston 14, Chicago 5)
..they also managed to get so cold they scored only 11 points in the seccond quarter (while the Celtics scored 29). The Bulls lead 36-30 with 8 minutes left in the half, before Boston scored the next 11 and 20 of the next 22, as Chicago commited eight turnovers and missed four free throws.

STAND OUT STATS
- Celtics made their last 11 free throws
- Perkins scored 14 points (6/8FG) to go with his 13 rebounds (5 offensive)
- Ray Allen only got 14 FGA (6/14FG), but still scored 23 points going 9/9 at the line
- Ben Gordon went 7/23 FG (4/12 3PFG) but was 15/15 from the line to score a game high 33 points
- Salmons had a bad shooting night 3/12 FG (1/5 3PFG) for 12 points

2 bad shooting games in a row from Gordon and Salmons could not continue what he started in game 6 where he was massive.

Terrific series, Bit disappointing to lose and i personally think Rondo should have missed game 7 but celtic certainly deserved the win. Best First Round series ever Brod?

Personally thought Rondo was huge for Celtics, wasn't far off averaging a triple double for the series - 9 rebounds a game (for the series) is an amazing stat for a 6-1 guard.
Also thought Kendrick Perkins stepped up as well in the absence of Garnett.

No doubt.

Was player of the series for mine. No Rondo and i would have been confident the Bulls could have won in Boston (Game 7)
