True Brod, Newley used to be able to and Ingles can to a degree but we rely on Mills heavily offensively and really at the end of the day probably should too.

Next up for the Boomers vs Spain on Tuesday night tips off at 7:45pm our time.

Boomers playin well against Spain so far trailing 37-32 at Half time. Ive really like Ingles game so far we just need to pick up our shooting percentage
Rudy fernandez just copped a camera in the back of the head.

Maybe mills should think of not shooting so much now?

A loss to Spain was certainly expected so in the end a 12 point loss isn't that bad a result.

Spain 82 (P. Gasol 20, Fernandez 17, M. Gasol 12) def Australia 70 (Ingles 12, Newley 12, Mills 11)

They had a great team Spain I was suprised we led at quarter time but after that it all turned to crap. Ordinary shooting and rebounding. Really missing Bogut and his big body. What has happened to Nathan Jawaii?

Jawai's not really in favour with Brett Brown they had some sort of falling out during a Boomers vs NZ series in 2009 and supposedly he hasn't made himself available for the Boomers since. But in their last camp here before leaving for London Jawai did come down to Melbourne to see a few of the other guys and spent a couple of days practicing with the team filling in for David Andersen so that's at least some sort of positive sign for the future.

Would want to win this one to get to next round, should def beat Great Britian. Best will probably be 4th which means match up with USA (i think). Mills is bringing back memories of Barry Barnes' love child Shane Heal, all or nothing and isnt going to die wondering.

Agree mate. Patty is starting to disappoint and yeah we really need to beat China & GB to get to the next round and if we jag the game against Russia (very unlikely) we would probably avoid the USA in the QF's.

Boomers let a 16 point lead slip to be only 9 up at 3/4 Time
