Looks as though Jawai will be a part of a multi-player trade that will see him heading north, to Toronto. Due to league restictions the deal cannot be announced until July 9.

'Baby Shaq' off to the Raps with Jermaine O'Neal.

Richard Jefferson traded to the Bucks as the soon-to-be Brooklyn Nets make cap room for a run at LeBron for 2009-10.

Rumours Vince Carter and Kirk Hinrich might be moved.

If this Rudy Fernandez bloke plays half as well for Portland as he did in the Olympics for Spain, look out for the Trailblazers next year with a fit Gred Oden to be slotted in to the line up as well.
What about Fernandez' dunk over Dwight Howard in the final!!!

Nathan Jawai played in his first NBA game January 21, a loss against the Pistons. (He came into the active roster after F Kris Humphies broke his leg vs Phoenix)

He played 3:05 for one turnover (team was -2 while he was on court)

Jawai recieved DNP - Coaches Decisions in his first active game at Atlanta and on Jan 23 in a win at Chicago.

Think he'll still be a player as long as he's given time and he himself is dedicated to making himself better.

Lebron should get the MVP but a special mention to the Hornet's Chris Paul who averages 22 points, 11 assists, 3 steals and 5 rebounds a game and has his team in 6th in the West with probably less talent around him than any other star player.

Think it will be a Cavaliers - Lakers finals series but like the Denver Nuggets as a bit of a smokie.

Detroit to shake the playoffs up a bit probally play Boston in the first round could push to seven games.
Denver and Houston loom as the teams to trouble kobe and the lakers.
Orlando in the east.
Orlando and Houston/Denver to fight it out. (hopefully Houston)!
