Fantastic win. 108-103

Hounds- I think you're right, we should be in the 4 tonight.

Surely Randle will win MVP- he is a freak.

Very good 2nd half too from DJ.

Foxtel GO shit itself so i missed moots the second half. Our FT shooting kept us in the game in the first half. had we been down by more at HT i don't think we could of won that. Top Win!

I thought we defended Steindl really well too tonight. He had no impact on the game.

Good call re FT shooting, hounds- Randle and DJ clutch from the line.

Very good win after such a great first half by the Crocs.

We're still 5th at 11-9 and the Breakers are 4th also 11-9 and they have the better percentage 102 to 101. Breakers play the Hawks in NZ tomorrow afternoon so things will change a bit.

If we and the Breakers were tied at the end of the regular season it comes down to the season series not percentage. Currently we lead the season series vs them 2-1 and +15 on points differential, means our last game against them at home the Breakers would need to win by 16 or more to win the series.

That season opening flogging we gave a very undermanned Breakers here could be the thing that gets us into the playoffs!

Great win by the boys lead by the Handle. Hard to fathom after watching the first half last night and finding out my stupid wife bumped the second half from the IQ recording by taping some piece of crap.

In totally unrelated news I may be in lock up for a while, good luck in the finals boys ;)

There had been some talk of the NZ Breakers not being a happy camp at the moment news then came yesterday that long time CEO Richard Clarke was leaving the team after the season to become CEO of the Brisbane Bullets and then news today that head coach Dean Vickerman is going to step down at the end of the season to be replaced by assistant coach Paul Henare. Another former Breakers player in Dillon Boucher will be replacing Clarke as CEO in April.

Things don't look that rosy between Vickerman & Henare in this short video announcement:
