Final

Wildcats 90
36ers 72

Just not in the same class. Horrible game by DJ.

Unfortunately DJ is the frustrating inconsistent poster child of the 36ers season. His good is great but his worst is abysmal.

Cracker of a game this arvo. Bad luck one of Jerome or Gibbos last 3 point attempts didn't drop to head to OT. Felt like we were running all over them and Randle was looking unstoppable.

Did anyone else happen to catch Mirko Mohawk Douchbag bounce the ball into his own face...hard. Pretty funny stuff when a grown man has a tantrum and it backfires with hilarious effect.

Left too little, too late. Gutsy fightback but in the end a disappointing loss. We really need Gibson to stand up and take more shots, would take a lot of pressure off of Randle.

I feel this season the Sixers will end up being the best of the 'rest'.

Yes, yes and yes. Having said that Gibbo did take one big shot and it didn't drop but should be taking a lot more.

I think we have found a real gem in JR but unfortunately Ebe's best is well behind him. A second quality import and more consistency from DJ and friends would see us winning titles

Randle single-handedly almost got us over the line on Sunday. Hopefully they've already offered him a deal for next season he's a star.

The whole Ebi Ere thing is disappointing he and Joey Wright are close so looks like we're stuck with him for the rest of the season. DJ's softness still shits me no end.

Next up 36ers @ Townsville 7pm Thursday night

A couple of new import signings with the Sydney Kings signing 6'7" forward Damion James as a temporary injury replacement for Josh Childress who is out for 2-4 weeks. James won an NBA championsip with San Antonio in 2014 and has also played with the Nets in the NBA and had recently been playing in France.

Crocs win 101-100

One of the biggest choke jobs I've seen from us.

My Foxtel recording cut out with 23 seconds to play with us up by 2 and with possession.

I'm not sure off the exact stat but I thought we were 15 points up with about 3-4 minutes to play.

Most disappointing finish I have ever seen by players and coach. Piss poor. I'm still in shock.

This is an incredible shooting display by Jermaine Beal 9/14 3pts with 2 minutes to go in the 3rd.

Next up for the 36ers vs Townsville again this Saturday night at home.

Sunday afternoon: Perth @ Sydney at 2:30pm (9Gem)

Tonight in Perth's 113-83 flogging of Melb United Jermaine Beal hit 10 3pts he finished 10-19 from behind the arc scored 40 and the Wildcats have now gone to the top of the ladder.

I missed the final couple of possessions too but couldn't believe what I was seeing from us and Djeric banging in threes for them.

Certainly the worst choke job I've seen from the 36ers that late in a game and is just going to make it that bit harder to catch the Hawks for the final playoff spot. Full credit to the Crocs though they never gave up.
