No question. He's arguably the best the NBL's ever had.

A great but only played 18 months. Plenty in front of him ATM

I'd like to know who you think is infront of him?

Is so quick at creating space by ball and body direction move.

Every interview " it's not me it's a team effort"

To name a few Ricky Grace, Leroy Loggins, Daryl McDonald

If he plays here a few more years with the same out put, yep goes straight to the top.

IMO I thought willie Farley was a top player for us even though it turned sour at the end. IMO Randle is one of our best imports. If he does hang around he easily joins the top 3 of all time. He's awesome to watch live

For sure he's NBA quality. As an example of his drawing power my old man has Foxtel and has never really been into basketball but he loves watching 36ers game with Randle because he's the same size as him and can't believe everything he does against guys a foot or more taller than him.

Mark Davis for me followed by Darnell Mee. Liked Leon Trimmingham too (imports)

In terms of Sixers imports I would probably only have Rob Rose & Al Green in front of him.

Long way to go to be spoken of in the greatest imports in NBL history mainly due to longevity he's only been here about 12 months now.

He is certainly a better bloke than Green which counts for a lot.

Still reckon he's the best we have ever had. Bloke averages 33-35 points a week when you combine his points and assists. Unlike the other players mentioned he's not surrounded by out and out guns taking the pressure and focus off either. I don't think there is any question that he is the best player the Sixers have ever had!

Yep, Rose was our best import IMO too, until this fella came along.
Take longevity out of the equation & he's the best I've seen in the time he's been here. Have a look at who JR plays alongside compared to all the other names that have been thrown up here tonight & the team they had around them - that's why I have him #1.

That's true but at the same time he has much more opportunity to score with this Sixers group than others might've had on better Sixers teams.

This is a 36ers team that is playing way above what most expected. I know personally I picked us to finish bottom and most bookies had us around 6th-7th.

But yeah I'm about to start writing a letter to the premier to get a bronze statue of Randle put up out the front of the Arena!

The other imports were playing in a better competition too IMO

In saying that the comp is on a very steep incline

If you took longevity out of it which IMO counts for a fair bit I would have Randle #1 too. Sometimes imports come out here make a splash early on until they've been scouted better by the other teams and come back to the pack a bit which I thought might happen with Randle but if anything he's only getting better.

Incredible player.

Not disagreeing but going by the train of thought that the better the team the harder it is to score, then Darryl Pearce is right up there and none of us are going to have him as our best as he was not as complete.

To me , Randles quickness on the switch and pull up is soooooo good that he rates as our best.

Have to disagree in the 25 years I've been following the NBL this is the best standard it's ever been.

Back in the Al Green early Mark Davis days the comp was only semi-pro.

It was great to watch in the 90's but guys like Ray Gordon or Warwick Giddey wouldn't even make a roster in this day and age.

That would just mean he would average 7-8 assists a game in my opinion instead of 4-5. Could you imagine the damage he would do if he had 3-4 genuine guns surrounding him like Sixers teams of the past.... He's still the point guard who carries the ball up the court so he would still get plenty of chances to score.
