As soon as the West has been wrapped up I'd expect Duncan Ginobili and Parker to start racking up DNP's to save them for the playoffs. Also after the all-star break i reckon the Spurs will start resting Duncan on the second night of B2B's.

Looking forward to tomorrows clash...go Spurs..!!

Id say youre right. Pop has been resting Duncan at any chance this season, and Im sure he would extend that policy as the season concludes.
Would love to see them get 70, but would much prefer winning in June

Sadly I agree, but still fun to hope. Plus there is always the added incentive if Parker, Ginobili, Duncan and Blair sit more that their bench players will be dead keen to impress to get some more playoff minutes.

What Im seeing in the NBA

- The Wizards were on the road...so you guessed a loss (76-101 v Orlando) in which they were outscored 63-37 in the second and third quarters. Not surprising I guess when John Wall shoots 10/17 while the rest 19/66, no wonder the team had only 8 assists.
- Bosh gets booed and a win in Tornoto, as the big three tally 76 points and 26 boards
- Celtics continue to be disjointed, but the Nets are disgraceful and Boston win by 14
- The Cavs have a 60 point turnaround from their last game against the Lakers winning 104-99, as Ramone Session explodes for 32 off the bench (Kobe - last five games 22 turnovers, 15 assists)
- Big win at home 102-90 for the Knicks against the Hawks
- Watch out Twolves, the cavs have only three less wins, as the Wolves go down 90-98 to the Clippers at home (LA improve on the road to 5-21  ) again how does Kevin love have only 12FGA (3 probably from offensive boards), while Wayne Ellington has 15FGA off the bench
- Same warning to the Kings..its only 3 wins, as the Mavs easily beat Sacramento 116-100
- Your offensive must be bad if you can only score 87 against Denver..wait on its the Bucks, so IT IS. Bogut has 20 boards, 5 blocks, but shoots 1/7FG and 1/4 FT for three points
- The Blazers win the sixth in a row 103-96 v New Orleans and take fifth spot in the West as Aldrige gets a lazy 34 pts, 7 reb. Patty goes 1/1Fg for 2 points, 1 ast, 1 to, while Andersen gets a DNP-CD

1. LaMarcus Aldridge, Trail Blazers: He is scoring 29.6 points on 57.9 percent shooting in February, up from 22.1 and 49.5 on the season, and is seemingly determined to turn his All-Star snub into an MIP award.

2. Eric Gordon, Clippers: He has been set back because of injury but still owns one of the biggest increases in Adjusted-PER, going from 13.84 to 21.22 (via HoopData.com).

3. Russell Westbrook, Thunder: He spring-boarded off Team USA to increase his scoring average from 16.1 points per game to 22.5, but he's done it by attempting 3.1 more free throws and two more shots within 10 feet per night, while also upping his FG percentage from .418 to .439.

4. Kevin Love, Timberwolves: He has upped his league-leading 15.5 rebounds per game from 11.0 last season and also grabs 23.3 percent of all boards when he plays; only Moses Malone, Dennis Rodman and Ben Wallace have done that (minimum 30 mins./game, 50 games/season).

5. Nick Young, Wizards: He has increased his scoring average from 8.6 last season to 17.6, dropping 20.7 points per game in 29 games as a starter since the Gilbert Arenas trade. Sure the Wizards are bad, but with few scoring options Young has had to fight through extra defense for his points.

Will be interesting to see whether he can become a star in a good side or whether he's a guy who can look good in an ordinary team. But puts up some massive numbers every night.

I got Flash installed on my computer at work so I can watch the game on League Pass today. I wasn't going to miss this, almost chucked a sickie.

Good start for the Bulls but the Spurs will come back.

Why would it hurt to say that? I just enjoy following and watching the game. Not my fault you get upset at the suggestion your side isn't perfect.

Based on one single skewed stat you mean? I don't think they have the best D so I'm not about to say as much. But I think they're a very good team and I have no problem watching them play well to beat another very good team.

But given the fact that you just couldn't help but raise the issue again it looks like you're still upset, but good try to make it look otherwise.
