Definately include Tanunda Pines and Clare in your Northern Courses. Likewise I'm going to have to try some "Southern" courses. Mt. Lofty would be the most Southern course I've played.

Just purchased a membership at Tea Tree Gully Golf Club. Played every day last week and the course is in great condition. the gradiant and tight fairways make it a challenging course and few tricky bunker postions.

just another nice 2 hour stroll around the north course at the pat, too lazy to drive up to echunga

only one guy in front who appeared to be placing his ball on a tee for every shot........

was concerned when i heard the forecast was going to be 36 after i had just started at 12 but thankfully that never eventuated with nice cool breeze.

yeah north course is the par 60

i started around 11-40ish - one guy in front of me and a family of 4 behind me, so i had a good run of it today, unlike last week, blitzed through first 10 or so holes and then hit the brick wall of multi groups ahead

the south course - the main one has been busy the last 2 fridays that ive been down there

Played at Belair on Saturday with a few mates (even though i told them it was in a bad way they still wanted to go there)

it would be a very nice course if it was maintained properly, we played the back 9 and all the greens bar one were at least half dead.

a very hilly course with fairly thin fairways on a few. very picturesque though, i liked that.

we played pairs best ball and tied on 40. a good day out, would definatley go back there once it is back to full strength...

Having a hit at North Lakes tomorrow, out at Munno Para...

Getting a few cob webs out of the system before my first round of social club comp for the year up at Tanunda.

Usually North Lakes is a bit dusty but haven't played it for a couple of years now, only 9 holes as well.

Not going to say anything about my round at North Lakes the other day, rather not go back there !!!

Playing Tanunda tomorrow morning, looking forward to it as haven't played it now in a few years...

Not looking forward to the 7.30am tee time and having to leave home at 6am, up at 5am !!!

Will let you know how I go and what the course was like tomorrow night...

For every one I miss I am closer to a hole in one.

Bloody hell it was hot at Tanunda yesterday !!!

Course was pretty good, although the greens on the front 9 were quite dry and crispy...

Had a pretty good front 9 with 45 off the stick and was feeling pretty confident of coming home in the same kind of score...

But the putting and short game let me down again and feeling pretty tired (showed how unfit I am !!) on the home stretch, came in with a 52 to shoot 97 all up...

Ending up finishing 3rd (by 3 strokes) from a group of 16 so can't complain too much but certainly a case of letting it slip...

Must commend the staff at Tanunda Pines, they were magnificent. Not only did they give a very good group discount rate, they donated a $60 box of Taylor Made balls towards the prizes. Also hopped in the buggy and drove out to place all the markers for our NTP and longest drive comps.
