Yep. A mate only found out about his is November, was sent home yesterday to "get comfortable" and no more treatment to be done.

It's a shitter.

Last Friday he was told he may have only two weeks. This might prove to be longer than he actually has.....I might go tonight and see my mate for the last time tonight.

Sorry to hear mate.

I can't imagine what that would be like, for both of you.

This ******* state government suggesting everyone that owns a home pay $1200/yr land tax.
So everyone that has already paid 10's of thousands in stamp duty when they bought a house have to keep paying.
Absolute joke

I thought Adelaide drivers were terrible until I moved to Perth for 3 years. Since returning I think we are quite lucky in comparison.

I had never shopped their previously, but the bakery at a southern suburbs shopping centre

was down there early for work purposes and saw a baker just wander out of his shop and take a leak on one of the garden beds, before returning to the store.

Now it would have only been an extra 10-20m to actually use the toilets within the centre

feral ****

Get used to it.
Nearly all sport will be on pay tv within 5-10 years. Was even talk the next Ashes would be only on Foxtel, not sure if that was resolved or not

I think the trend will be that in 10 years time, 90% of Australian homes will have Pay TV. Mrs. Creation and I watch TV (and varieties of shows) where we feel we can justify it.

I found that when I was in North America, it was pretty rare to find a home without Pay TV of some description.
