Probably moreso 'because' you're with Adam they take their sweet time!
I doubt it at that point because I was ringing them up complaining about it and a few times they told me there is nothing they can do that was the earliest date their provisioning team could get out of Telstra for a Telstra guy to come out and check the line. I'm not saying Adam Internet are great, they're not trust me I posted a big rant on here about the stuff ups from their end but Telstra are appalling.
