went into ANDYS YIROS yesterday lunchtime to grab something to eat with my g/f and her friend.
half the stuff on the menu was NOT AVAILABLE and nothing looked appetising for me so i didnt eat.
My g/f's friend ordered a burger but wanted a hotdog as well because she was hungry.
well there were no more hot dog rolls left and she was eating the last hamburger roll and the look that the girl serving gave was 'sucked in' well little does she know that ANDYS YIROS is now on my BANNED LIST for the poor display of customer service shown and for having half the menu being NOT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
on the way home we ended up at KFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RED ROOSTER part 2 - went in with MAL the week after the first debacle, hoping things would improve, but improve they didnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i ordered a chicken roll combo or something $8.85 on the board and I got charged $8.95. from $10 note i got back 5c, i challenged the price, and she gave me another 10c, so in total i had 15c change, i held my hand out waiting for the extra dollar, but it took her 5 times to realise that she owed me a $1!!!!!!!!!!!!
during our stay we also noticed that other people had there order done wrong.
thats 2 strikes and out for RED ROOSTER ARNDALE.

Look at it as a blessing mate, the food is 5hit there anyway - no matter how fresh the ingredients and no matter what you order.
Almost impossible to get a decent yiros in Adelaide now. The ones from Rundle St are OK at 3 in the morning with a gut full of booze, but I reckon that has more to do with the booze than the yiros.

I went to Andy's Yiros ONCE - I have never been back. However, the Thai takeaway, the fish and chip shop and Collinswood Pizza which are all in the same block are excellent

Ali Baba and the 40 Chickens is the place you're referring to. Some of the best hot chips i've ever had.

Ali Baba recently changed hands and is even better, I think it is now called Collinswood Chicken and Seafood, highly recommended

You can barely get a yiros for under a tenner these days. What's the one in the tacky tourist square at Glenelg? Outrageous prices!

Red Rooster at Docklands ran out of Chicken last night, we then asked if they had any Rooster, they said no.

No, sadly I don't think the Lamb Spit is there anymore (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm talking about a new one over the other side of the square, near Maccas. It's ridiculous. I thought it might have been Andy's

Nhill's a tad too far inland to eat any seafood so I'd recommend giving the prawn one a miss eh?
