All the Port and Central fans are into lifting. Though it'd be shops or shirts, not weights...

good work mate, let us know when and how you go and what he gets you to do? is it JUST to help with your back or to also get you ready for footy if you still play?

Sheesh Sam, back problems already? You're only a wee kipper...

Up until about last year I was lifting my own body weight...at 115kg...there's NO way in Christ I'm able to lift that sort of weight now...

I generally only lift schooner and pint glasses (initially full), and I've never had a back problem

Doctor says its a genetic thing and theres nothing i could do about, not much fun at all though, the way my back is now im actually not able to stand up prefectly straight.
also been told no matter how much i go to a chiropractor it wont get any better, its well past chiropractic work now. :(

Don't worry, Doctors have come up with an invention for curing bad backs. It's called "lightening the wallett". The doctors fleece you steadily over the years, to the point that you no longer need a wallett. This helps your back, by relieving you of the stress a full wallett puts on your back!
