Im only really interested in Tool and Muse, but im sure ill see a few others that I will like

I got a lot of angst for speaking the truth (IMO) on a Shee's Baaack thread.

AND Topsy, iconclast? Never attacked anyone's beliefs, but do put mine forward in discussion.

Back to the topic...and I'm really looking forward to the Big Day Out. The line-ups not an ideal one for me - as I enjoy the music of headliners Tool and Muse, but i'm not a fan.

So this year I'm just looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere of the day and seeing some new bands as well as the ones I am excited about seeing - The Killers (good timing - a Killers song's just playing on Triple J now!) and The Violent Femmes.

I'm also looking forward to the fact my guest pass will allow me to access clean toilets where there's no queue.

Looking to the program and these are the bands I'll try and catch:

Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!

It's a rigorous schedule and I know I ain't going to see them all - so that's a wishlist.

From memory (and it's a hazy one), the outside walls of the Boiler Room are clean enough :wink:

Are John Butler Trio playing in Adelaide? I haven't heard anyone mention wanting to see JBT, which is a shock!

JBT Blue stage 4.40 to 5.30

I'm not looking to wind down at that stage - so won't be seeing them.
Plus, they bore me.

& just have a good time in general, but at this stage, I don't have a ticket- but that doesn't mean I'm not going :wink:
