To eat and drink more.

To not take so much pride in my appearance.

To mock the afflicted at every opportunity.

To speak up and give everyone the value of my expert knowledge and experience.

To correct others in condescending and disrespectful manner.

And above all to remain a humble man who is admired and loved by all.

Start moving more, step counter on the phone (granted I don't always have it with me) needs to get back to 7,500 min per day, not the 3-4,000 I was having late last year.

Eat less. Managed to put on 20 kgs between July 2023 and Dec 2024 (85-105). Back counting points, limit of 8,500kj per day til I get back into the 80s.

Do less at work. These ****ers are useless, don't listen to feedback and aren't interested in improving. Stop trying, don't point out their mistakes, don't seek improvement. Arrive as late as possible, leave as early as possible, take longer lunch breaks, go for a mid afternoon stroll, and just let the world burn around you.
