Simple question.
The wife got stuck into me last night as our gas bottle was empty and we had nothing planned for the day.
Now I have all our kids and my 3 nephews are going to be with us so we're heading down the park with the cricket bat, tennis rackets and basketball, followed up by a bbq chilling out listening to Aussie born music, can't wait!

I thought you had to be quiet when playing tennis, at least when serving.

A little of tomorrows plans depend on how many beers deep I go tonight.
But roughly, get up go for a run or a ride. Get back home in time for my 2 girls to just about be getting out of bed and wanting coffees. Planning on heading down the beach around Mentone - Black Rock way find somewhere for lunch and a look around.
Back home through Briiiiighton (check out Warnie's joint) and perhaps Kooyong, to show Mrs C the leafy eastern burbs.
BBQ and beers watching whatever is left of the ODI from AO in the evening,

Early start down to Goolwa for breakfast at the Aquacafe and then get on it at a mates place opposite South Lakes Golf Course, will watch them as they hit up onto the 10th green.

Got suckered into attending Base Camp at 7am to do a workout, then off to the cricket to get black out drunk in the sun with some cricket in the background.

If you want to show them leafy burbs, Victoria Ave Canterbury is a must.

Was going to the cricket but stuff that in heat, esp when friends with a pool invite you and 4 other families over for a typical BBQ, backyard cricket etc session.

Precisely, or left onto the 11th tee to avoid aforementioned swamp.

Then watch the slicers on the 11th hit into the neighbours front yard...

One thing I won't be doing is concerning myself with what others think of the day.

The wife and I were discussing last night whether they'll ever change the date of it, I then proceeded to say that Aust. Day and ANZAC Day are the only two public holidays that are celebrated on the actual date and not moved to the nearest Friday or Monday.
I pointed out that if ANZAC Day falls on A weekend there is no public holiday during the week for it, she didn't believe me and said "I know I'm right and if I'm wrong I'll run around the block naked".
Wasn't too impressed when I forwarded the link stating the facts.
