A toxic work place doesn't deserve someone like you mate. Good for you for making yourself the priority.

Thank you my friend, everything in life is an experience, some are good, some are bad, we learn from either type. I'll dust myself off and be up and running again soon, for the meantime I'll just keep singing the Willie Nelson classic "On the dole again, I can't wait to get on the dole again"

Well done LM, great move.

Chance you can return to your original job?

All the best!

Part time male strippers required in city establishments.
You know you want to……….

Good luck with the search though, I’m sure you’ll find something that ticks the boxes.

Could possibly return to the company but I wouldn't return to the same role, even after living through this mess I don't regret leaving my former place of employment, I needed change and needed to expand my skillset. I loved my former workplace and had a genuine love for most of my colleagues, we catch up for the occasional Friday lunch still but I know I'd probably end up in the same role once again by random chance.

I've had two companies contact me this morning for a chat and look around which has lifted my spirits but today I'm going to breathe easy go take my mum out for lunch as we have never had the opportunity for a weekday lunch.

I'll admit that I'm pretty broken right now but sadness is temporary and there's only one person that can change that.

I'm getting somewhere near this point also LM. 15 years at the company in various roles but the last couple of years I am really seeing the rubbish culture. Money only thing keeping me here, if something somewhere close comes knocking I'm off.

Good luck!

It's a terrible feeling hey? I was waking up Sunday morning's dreading that I only had one more free day to go, we've had a flurry of people leave recently and all their duties were getting dumped on me.

All the best with your search, get on seek and chuck some resumes out there, something might come of it or it might at least make you feel somewhat wanted. I've never realised how much mental health is a real massive issue, it's easy to say "If you don't like your job, leave and find another" it isn't quite that easy.

Yeah sorry, I have actually dropped 6kg's in the past 3-4 weeks, stress, lack of sleep and appetite has some benefits, a couple of weeks back I didn't eat from Monday evening until Friday afternoon.

Cheers mate, my old man used to tell me that I could always get a job standing outside a chemist to make people feel sick.

My best mate a primary school was called Aspro by his Dad, every time he talked he'd give him a f*cking head ache. How good were the 80s?

Onwards and upwards

I'm always available for a chat - do you know how to drive a car with no gearstick?
