My work car battery went flat and the radio asked for a code _ _ _ _?
Went to Peter Page Elizabeth.
No problem.
Girl looked it up on the computer.
No Charge.

Neither there should be either if you'd said they had charged I'd be very surprised and pissed off
BTW, did they ask for proof of ownership?
