I know this probably belongs in Music but I'll move it there later...


HH3 claiming ignorance on the Kris Kross thing because he was only little when it came out. - time to do some homework young man!

Go and google the top 50 songs from .............. (insert year you were born)

Pull out your 5 favourites.

Post them here.

Me first (from 1973)

1. Bad Bad Leroy Brown - Jim Croce

2. Killing me softly (with his song) - Roberta Flack

3. Crocodile Rock - Elton John

4. Steelers Wheel - Stuck in the middle with you

5. Lets get it on - Marvin Gaye or Angie - Rolling Stones.

From 1986. Id hardly call them a favourite song of mine, but when its on I sing along:

You give love a bad name- Bon Jovi
R.O.C.K in the USA- John Mellencamp
Party all the time- Eddie Murphy
Take my breath away- Berlin (I first heard this song on the footy DVD "Electrifying 80's, background music to speccies...oh- and Top Gun- bit of an association choice that one :lol:)
Walk of life- Dire Straits

While they might all be fine tunes, I suspect they weren't among the top 50 of your birth year. ..
