Has anyone received a car park fine (or rather a notice of claim) from Parking Collection Services in the city?

If so, just ignore it.

This company is run by the same scammers that ran Adelaide City Fines who were found to engage in illegally issuing car parking fines.

They do not have the right to issue these bogus 'fines'.

Don't know if this was the same company or not, but last week as I sat having a coffee, i watched one of the blokes who go around checking the car parking etc come up to the car on the street, mark the tyre as they normally do and continue on.. and not two minutes later one of his counterparts came past and issued a fine to the car that had just been marked.. in a 3hr zone
