Sunday Mail

Postby beeroclock » Sun May 12, 2013 7:06 am

I hope this doesn't continue.
With the first bit of rain in god knows how long.
I collect a wet Sunday Mail
Come on people get it together.
I prefer the rolled up one.
Never had an issue with it.

Do yourself a favour and don't rot your brain reading that rubbish.

The only negative about the Sunday Mail being wet is that you'll have to wait for it to dry out in order to wipe your arse with it - which is all it is good for.

I don't get papers these days but I agree from past experience that the tightly rolled wrap worked better than thin plastic bags.

I preferred it when the sports section was a lift out.

Don't go out of my way to get the Sunday Mail because of it.

Only worth reading when in hospital.

It's free and I don't have to share.

It's a total F&@K up when you have to share the Sunday Mail today.

Only because we have a female editor..... :D

If we can have all the other sections as a lift out, why not the "Sports Section"?

We are talking, bacon & eggs on toast, in bed on Sunday Morning, Sharing what Women like to read and what Men like to read.

While watching Andrew O'Keefe on 7 ..... YUK... :D

Mrs_Dog_ger loves Andrew...

What's so hard.

We can't bust heads like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to tell 'em stories that don't go anywhere - like the time I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on 'em. “Give me five bees for a quarter,” you'd say.

Now where were we? Oh yeah: the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn't have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones...
Don't play games with a girl who can play 'em better...

The ol' grey mare, she ain't what she used to be...
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.
You don't need no golden cross to tell you wrong from right,
The world's worst murderers were those who saw the light.
