well Marion have started a 36hr trade from 9am this morning.

and on hearing that, i realised i really need to get my act together in terms of getting organised for prezzies etc....


so how is everyone going on the shopping front? all done and dusted or just gonna do a madrush monday?

I finished mine up last sunday.

Hate those last minute rushes so decided to get organised for once!

36 hour non stop trade though......thats insane!

One more to pick up tonight and I'm done - which is good because I'll be buggered if I'm braving the mad crowds in this weekends weather..

Picking up the last few today. May have to head to the shops tonight to do the food shopping if the supermarkets are getting in on the extended hours as well. Will dread doing that on Sunday or Monday

Target (except centrepoint) are doing one better. Opened at 8am this morning and closing at midnight tomorrow night (40 hrs straight).

I'm working at midnight tonight. Not looking forward to it.

What a lot of carp for just 1 day.

Done everything, except the vegies.

Go saturday for them.

My family X-Mas day is sunday 39 degrees.

Working X-Mas Day. :D

All the kids go different ways on X-Mas Day.... :D

happens in all states captials. Brisbane have 3 major shopping centres trading for 36 hours also

Got away with zero shopping, got the ex to do it all and I dont have to buy her anything as we broke up, woohoo!
I do all my shopping for the kids in Thailand. ;)
