Not only that, I was on the SE Freeway today and noticed some cameras in some very awkward locations and blatantly trying to raise revenue.

speaking of which isn't the actual amount collected way below what state treasury were hoping to collect?

It's NOT a Radar, it's a camera with Number Plate Recognition, the cop inside is a real one (unlike camera operators) who can see in an instant if your vehicle is registered and/or if the owner is a "Person Of Interest"
