Theres been a fair bit of conjecture over Chlorine in public Swimming Pools
Its been documented that Chlorine MAY cause Health issues
A lot of people I know are using Salt Chlorinator filters
How safe, health wise, are household swimming pools that use Salt Chlorinators ?

A "fair bit of conjecture" -really?
At the end of the day, you need something to sanitise the water.
Chlorine is one of the very few sanctioned/recognised products that will do the job.
I have a chlorinator for my pool and to me it is far better than mucking around with liquid chlorine.
Chuck the salt in and let the chlorinator do its job.
The downside is chlorinators are pretty expensive.
Get a test kit or take samples to the pool shop to get them to check the chlorine levels.
Too high or low, throw in more salt or adjust the chlorinator.
