Yes, not surprised to read that after hearing the initial reports. :(

Too many children have been taken by their parents in recent months.

very sad. Its easy to imagine a depressed mother taking her screaming child for a walk trying to calm her down, and then just losing it a bit and smothering her, then panicking. (Im obviously speculating)

Quite tragic really.

Hopefully the mother gets what's coming to her in prison

When you can see something that goes against everything you believe in and is done in a dodgy fashion but unfortunately what they offer is to important for your life to make a stance or fight against.

Been there
Done that

And had a situation where I didn't bite my tongue. I knew the consequences but I made the most of my 'farewell' discussions with my 'superiors'

I ran in to a mate today I hadn't seen for a while. He always followed Fitzroy like his life depended on it.
I'm pretty sure he suffered bouts of depression after they were killed off.
He stopped following footy that day they played their last game.

Very sad news, I think we all loved the banter we had with him both here and the footy.

All the best to his family and friends

NAFC renaming the Taj to "The Tony Skeffington Bar" - Nice touch.
Really hope the Foxes can hang on now.
RIP Skeff.

Rip skeff

Was probably my first ever arch nemesis on SAFooty but over the years we met on a few occasions for drinks at the games and always had a great laugh about our pointless debates and always agreed on the direction we wanted the SANFL head in

Absolute club legend and great honour by North to name the taj after him

Never mer his family but send out my condolences

Rip skeff

RIP Skeff. Never met him but his passion for his club was what the SANFL is all about.
