never been a big fan of fishing, maybe off a jetty or rocks, but not out in a boat on the ocean or river etc.

Got a houseboat, a tinny and a canoe, thinking of doing a bit of a trip soon, but the Murray is flowing like a drain at the moment and upstream progress is slow and expensive.

I have owned this boat for the last 9 years, mainly fishing the Yorkes and metro area. I have spent a lot of time 'boating' not necessarily 'fishing' in it.

One of my mates owns this, the rest are sail people.
I go out with them sometimes, but I regards boats as like horses - bottomless pits into which you pour money.

You need deep pockets for a boat that size.

Mine are not deep enough for the smaller one I own.
