Mokbel to serve 22 years. Bit harsh ?

Only has 24 years left to live according to Doctors, because of heart issues, so will possibly die in custody?

24 years to live? Thats surely just an approximation. Never heard of a Dr giving a patient that long to live.

It would have to be an estimate based on statistics for people with a similar condition.
