Well after the AFL Grand Final last year I decorated one of my work mates lockers.

Best one I saw was when a work colleague went on a honeymoon. The marketing crew had some big orders of retail shop space livery which came packaged in that figure 8 foam. I'm talking a SHITload of the stuff.

We all worked in an open plan office with dividers seperating work stations. The marketing guys formed a barrier around his workstation and filled the entire thing with the fuigure 8 foam.

It was absolutely priceless. Took the poor bugger a whole day to tidy up every bit of foam.

At the end of it all, the CFO wasn't massively impressed at having one of his team out for an entire day, but did see the funny side.

Turning the toilet light off while someone's having a poo.
If someone leaves their cup on the coffee machine they can expect a few extra sugars or some salt put into it.
Ringing someone and then transferring the call to the factory PA system gets a good laugh.
Moving cars when keys are left on a desk gets a fair turn.
Sending a 20 page pdf (all blank pages) to someone's e-mail from our photocopier generally upsets the recipient as their computer freezes up for ages trying to retrieve it.
Ringing reception and getting someone paged to the other end of the factory.

When you say factory, are you in manufacturing?
If so, no wonder it's dying in Aus

I like to swap the drawers around in people's desks.

Once did steal a cordless mouse and the victim tried to use their mobile phone and with me behind them moving the cursor on screen

We used to swap the USB mice on back to back computers in the computer rooms at school, it was hilarious. Then they made them so they couldn't be removed. :P

make up some fake turds out of foam and then paint it brown and put in the ladies crapper. they will try and flush it before they sit down to do their business and it won't flush.

I'm banned from the ladies toilets.

Roll foam in real turd. Adds to the effect.

I'm banned from using the office plates and chopping board though.

My favorite at work is cable tying chairs to the desks, we also put the seat all the way up or down and put grease on the height adjuster. We often get the young sales guys with prank calls, one we use is Barry Mundy from the Fisheries department, or get them to ring one of those places that help with erection problems and get them to ask for shaft hardening spray except we tell them its a supplier of ours. Then we have Loctite glue, anything on your desk can be done, I have had my teledex glued to my computer, there has been textas glued in coffee cups, pens to desks and various other glue related pranks. There is also the changing of screensavers and passwords on other peoples computers.
