Anyone seen any judges at work in the courts? I went and watched a case in the Samuel Way building the other day and was most impressed with Snowpek. Big man with a big heart.

However I had a look at Boxall and Foley and they look like they need to retire.

Actually - you probably have them around the wrong way! Paul Foley is the best of those three. Bill Morris is also an excellent magistrate. Watch Jai McGrath - she should be very good too (she is only a recent appt).

There was a grumpy old italian lady that I think her name sounded like Piangitidis. I didnt rate her much.

Snowy went to the MC from the DPP.

The DPP deals with major indictable matters.

The Magistrates Court only does committal hearings for major indictable matters.

I sense Snowy gets frustrated by some of the matters he has to adjudicate - particularly when he is on the country circuit. He has been known to yell....

Muecke's pretty good. I think there is a sense of humour under the wig too.
