I was just reading that no-one seems to be aware of when, where or how she died. Does anyone else think this is a bit weird?

There is an article on Yahoo7 now which refers to her health and voice being "ravaged by drug use."
That's not proof of anything, but it is a clue..

It was reported about a week ago she was virtually broke.

I do wonder if it all got too much for her.

Well I guess you don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out the "how" but the other two are still a bit weird. Surely whoever reported this would know the whens and wheres...

I thought it was dodgy, Houston has just released a media released denying any rumours that she's dead

She's dead. That media release is from last year.

why is it dodgy?? why would all news reports and channels say she is dead when she is not....thats dodgy

how can you report someone dead but not know when and where?

ask all the news channels and websites

she was found in her hotel room that she was in before some show she was doing today...

I'm with fc. It wouldn't be the first time the media in general has picked up on something doing the rounds on the net and run with it without checking the facts. Anyone remember Geoff goldblum "dying"?

Not saying it is definately wrong in this case, but I haven't seen much in the way of detail either. It wouldn't surprise me either way to be honest
