It's nice to see an individual thread for a change. there's too many topics ending up lost forever in general mega-threads on some boards. Isn't that why we have a board so we can see topics?

It's like we have a general discussion thread on a general discussion board. 29,000 pages of general discussion in one thread.

I remember the days of individual topics when you could find them later using search.

Actually, how do people say that - pronounciation?

The first option, influenced by Billy Birmingham and Mike Gibson on The Back Page on Fox Sports News.

According to the on line Oxford Dictionary:

There are two possible pronunciations of the word controversy: one puts the stress on the con- and the other puts it on the -trov-.
The second pronunciation, though common, is still widely held to be incorrect in standard English.

Would that make Con-traversy a desired option for the poll?
