Best Country Pubs in SA

As the festive season gets closer, can anyone suggest any good country pubs for a road trip?

I'll get started by saying most of the newer Southern YP pubs aren't too bad, Tavern on point Turton is a ripper!!!

Not exactly country per se, but if you want top quality service, ripper meals and a lovely atmosphere on the balcony watching the world go by, the Hagen Arms at Echunga is difficult to go past. Always go there after a round at Echunga Golf Course and have never had anything less than a brilliant experience all round.
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

Bit far for most of you no doubt, but the Streaky Bay pub is awesome. If your not the DD you'd be blind by the time you got there at least!!

Both the Sevenhill pub and the Magpie and Stump (Mintaro) are magic for Sunday lunch.

Whenever I think of best country pubs, my first thought is always Streaky Bay. Brilliant pub, is awesome to have a quiet beer out the front overlooking the bay. Couldn't think of a better view.
I go to Smoky Bay about 4 or 5 times a year and nearly always call into streaky on the way there just to have a chill out beer and pump myself up for the next hours driving.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!
