Apart from my current role with ABC, back in around 2000, I appeared on an ABC TV quiz show called "Flashback". Three person panel, a number of different categories, fairly standard format. The person with the lowest score at the end of the main segments was eliminated - that was me, unfortunately.
A few years back, went to the stage show version of "Spicks and Specks" here in Adelaide, at Thebarton Theatre, with the full panel appearing. The night, however, had people being picked out of the audience after answering music trivia questions correctly, to appear on stage as panellists. Fortunately, my knowledge of the name of the Stone Roses' SECOND album won me a spot on stage. Managed to win the entire night, after living my dream to actually compete on the show and play the same games (can confirm that the Malvern Stars On 45 game is a LOT harder than it looks on TV - trying to pedal at the right speed for the records.)
Won a Spicks and Specks interactive DVD, a shirt and a bag. That said, the biggest prize for me, by the length of Henley Beach Road, was sharing a stage with, and meeting, Myf Warhurst

Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...
