Coverking, find a reputable dealer and talk to them (google should help). Whatever you do, DONT buy from a pet store.

This website has many very good breeders and I have known many people who have purchased through it.

http://www.dogzonline.com.au/

My brother purchased his Labrador puppy for a breeder in Echuca Victoria through this site.

Make sure you have a well fenced yard.
Use Dogzonline as suggested,iIn your research you will see what faults can exist for each breed (such as Hip displacer) and the tests that reputable breeders perform.
I have bought two recently off of that one from Avoca and one from Wagga.
I suggest you go over and pick the dog up not fly it to you.
Be warned Labradors have two gears:
1 Very excitable puppy (lots of digging, chewing and trying to get out); and
2 Senile.
Do not feed them too much.
Anytime after 8 weeks is good they then grow up in your home.
Think about toilet training straight away, lots of info online on that.

Even though he supports norwood and the cows, WLF is actually talking sense in this thread.

This thread should have been locked after WLF's earlier post.

Not on your own WB12, my brother-in-law has a boxer and it is the dumbest thing known to man.

I'd suggest better advice to CoverKing would be to research your preferred breed on a site other than SA Footy as posters on here, just as with dogs, not everyone is as smart as the next. :D

I have beagles but they might not suit CK, but I love mine. WLF is obviously endeared to his boxer, but it might not suit CK.
