What can you do about stalker?

Postby HH3 » Thu Sep 29, 2011 2:42 pm

My girlfriends mum has had some guy (who she met at a garage sale she had a few months ago) coming to house in the middle of the night, dropping off weird stuff, like letters and chocolates and stuffed toys. She lives outside a country town, so its very isolated. She didnt think too much of it and thought he was harmless, so told my girlfriend not to go to the police.

Anyway, this morning she recieved some more "gifts" and my girlfriends had enough, so she went to the police station. She just told me on the phone that this guy has a fairly large record, including at least 10 stalking charges, a few AVO's and even a kidnapping charge. So now obviously im heaps worried that this guys gonna do something EFFED UP.

What can we do besides just putting another AVO on this guy? Besides me beating the shit outta him...

I'd beat the shit out of him. These guys are gutless pricks and that's why they prey on women.

Find out where he lives, follow him to a car park and confront him ie. clock him in the back of the head and tell him to leave women alone. Or wait at the old girls place and wait for him. Fair game then.

yep spend a few nights in the front yard hiding in a dark hiding place.

when he shows up scare the f**k out of him without physical hurting the bastard, keeping yourself out of trouble.

keep repeating to him that he now knows you get too him as well.

that will do the trick and shouldnt land you in any trouble.

If it was my mum it was happening to, I'd belt the living piss out of him, but this bloke sounds like a nut (10 cases of stalking and kidnapping). Get the cops invoved.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep

1. Hide out the front
2. Beat the living suitcase out of him
3. Drag him next door
4. Ring the cops and tell them you can hear someone moaning outside

haha Boon ;)

on a serious note a mate of mine had a similar thing with his gf at the time,
some guy who lived neear was a weirdo and he thought she was his gf pretty much
she would wake up at night with him lookin at her through her window, creepy sh1t.

my mate wanted to smash the guy, but she got cops involved and it ended pretty quick.

she did the same thing tho at first thought nothing of it like it was harmless, then it exculates.
gotta nip it in the bud straight away........ or cut his d1ck off!

The solution is obvious: Intercept the packages before the GF's missus discovers them. Remove any dedicating or identifying markings, and replace them with "to the GF" and "from HH3". Then replace packages and wait for them to be discovered as per the stalker's original intent.
