Has anyone with an Investment Property ever had one done?
My Accountant is pretty much refusing to lodge my tax return until I go and get one done. He says the benefits will far outweigh the initial cost (about $600) in the first year alone.
I don't know much about them and although my Accountant is very good and I have no reason to doubt his claims I was just wondering if this is a standard process for Property Investors out there?

Yes!
My fiance and I had ours done through BMT (cost about $700 from memory) and the depreciation expenses claimable through your tax return are quite substantial beyond the first year, making it in my opinion, a very worthy investment.

Yes, you would be crazy if you have investment properties and no depreciation schedules to accompany them!
I get mine done through Washington Brown- about $600 from memory. Very easy to read and understand. Worth paying the money to get them done. And they are tax deductible too! It's a no brainer really!
