Our football club got them done (like in the picture, running on tracks) for our 'beer garden' (aka smokers area) and there is no way we would have paid anything close to $6K. If I remember I will ask tonight where we got them from.

Yep, a base rail across the blind sits in tracks that are fitted to the posts. Then a crank / gearbox is used to drive them up and down. Anchor points at the bottom fix the blind down.
Go all out like the picture and put a pelmet in to hide the blind when it is rolled up.
They are the way to go. Trust me. ;)

One thing though, CLEAN THEM before rolling them up. It is amazing how quickly they scratch up with sand/dust/grit all over them.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

We used to have a window cleaning business - and this was our worst nightmare "Can you clean our plastic blinds"
They may look great when they are new but if you let them get dirty yes they scratch and become unsightly.
But either way they are horrible to clean !! :axe:
You get what you give....
