Guilty Pleasures

...and no, not THOSE sorts of things :) .

What are some of those things that are called daggy by many of your friends, yet you still love them and don't care. Confession time, people.

A couple of mine:

- People who know me well know not to bother ringing me between 6.30pm and 7.00pm each night as I will be watching "Neighbours". Have watched it pretty much since it began, apart from the odd break, and love it still. Yes, I know it's not Shakespeare and I know it can be silly, but it's one show I love.

- Glace Cherries. Terrible to eat a lot of, but have been known to buy a packet and eat them all on the spot

- "Groove Is In The Heart" by Deee-Lite. One of those rare songs that I will never, ever skip over on the MP3 and will instantly put me in a good mood, no matter how bad the day is.

This song (and try watching it without tapping your foot). Always gets me smiling:
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

Strawb, I'm the same. Shopping for vinyl records are a guilty pleasure of mine. I've also got a (circa) 1982 Tabletop arcade game and a vinyl jukebox with 1400 45's.

Where abouts do you find vinyl in Melbourne?

Total Wipeout...I normally hate that kind of braindead tv but Richard Hammond and Amanda Byram's comments are so good.

When baking I always make a little too much cake mixture so I get to eat clean out the bowl while the cake is cooking...why should that only be a treat for brats...same goes for icing too.
