i was in a post office today & a person in front of me paid a 'blue ticket' received from the law, over hearing the conversation, firstly the person did fight it & lost & didn't get the fine/charge overturned & i'll tell you why after i tell you what the fine was for, the fine was for ''parking too close to the car behind you''.......this person had written a letter & went through the channels & had written what i immediately thought of when listening (this person was happy for all to hear), being how would you know which car was there first & the reply was ''i put my hand on both bonnets & (this persons) your car was hotter, so therefore you must've been there second''



to me this is nothing more than revenue raising & i can't believe that any cop would give a ticket for that....perhaps they're trying to pay for the christmas turkey !!!!

One of the reasons i left SAPOL, no I lie, the only reason I left SAPOL because I refused to play that game

Tickets for parking offences can only be issued at Local Government level.

all i know it was one of those blue tickets so it was a cop that issued the fine
